Report Card is Required along with any of following documents to qualify for aa reduced fee:
- Proof of Free Lunch or Reduced Lunch Verification household does not exceed 100% of the state median income (SMI) for Duval County based on family size (pay stub)
- Under Protective Services or in Foster Care
- Proof of an IEP
- Recipient of the Family Empowerment Scholarship with Unique Abilities
Payment is required to complete registration.
ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE.
