  • Time: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Camp will be closed on June 19th and July 4thfor the holidays.
  • Early Drop-off and Extended Day service are available.
  • All fees are Non-Refundable
  • Current report card is required Submit one of the following documents to qualify for a reduced fee:
    1. Proof of Free Lunch
    2. Proof student attends a Title One school
    3. Proof of an IEP, Hero’s, Step-Up or McKay scholarship
    4. Verification household does not exceed 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (pay stub)
    5. Documentation of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), WIC, and/or Medicaid
    6. All fees and supporting documents are required 
All summer camp applications are closed and Eastside, Northside and Westside are waitlist only.

Please provide a brief description of the products, services, or activities your business/organization will offer during the Fall Festival. This helps us ensure a well-rounded event experience and avoid duplication of services.
Equipment & Supplies
Please note: Food trucks must bring all their own equipment and supplies, including tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, and any other materials needed for operation. No equipment will be provided onsite.
Licensing & Insurance

Certificate of Insurance (COI) with minimum coverage of $1 million JaxPAL must be listed as the certificate holder/additional insured
